BMW Gen6 eDrive Technology
The new Gen6 eDrive technology developed by BMW for Neue Klasse has highly efficient electric motors, New high voltage batteries with cylindrical cells and 800V technology. The new BMW iX3 50 Xdrive powered by two electrics motors which generated the 463 hp and 476 lb-ft of torque. The new BMW iX3 achieve its 0-60 mph of speed in just 4.7 sec and goes up to 130 mph of its top speed.
BMW Charging: short charging times
The BMW Gen6 eDrive technology brought new significant charging experience which offers a 400 kW of charging rate that enables to add 175 miles of range in just 10 minutes of charging. The new high voltage battery can be charge from 10-80% in 21 minutes of charging. The new iX3 can also be charged at 400V DC stations.
BMW's "Four Superbrains"
BMW's new electronic architecture has total four high performance computers called "superbrains". These brain combines their processing power for the driver dynamics, manages key vehicle funtions, enhance security and automated driving. The superbrains processing power enables uninterrupted and fast data for critical function, basic and enhance comfort enhancing funtions. The whole new digital system consist of wiring harness for four divided zones. Comparing to the previously generation the weight reduces by 30% and 2000 feet of wiring eliminated. The conventional safety fuses are replaced by a new digital feature "smart eFuses". The iX3's overall efficiency improved by enabling intelligent power mode for different vehicle states.
Luxury with Future forward technology
The iX3's sustainability reduces carbon footprints by 30% as compared to previous models. The iX3 is also software defined model that uses four superbrains that improve software updates over the air and uninterrupted fast computing power.

Driving Dynamics

The new Symbiotic Drive system provides seamless interaction between driver inputs and advanced driver assistance technologies, including smart steering and braking.
